MA, MSc, BSc (Hons) | UKCP Reg., MBACP (Accred), HCPC

Originally from Ireland and trained in London, I’m a licenced social work and uk-registered psychotherapist and researcher with a background in three distinct schools of therapy: psychoanalytic, integrative and existential.

Before relocating to Chicago in 2017, where I am now practising and conducting research, I ran a private practice in Hamburg, Germany and provided consultation to the British National Health Service (NHS).

I hold an undergraduate degree in social work, as well as dual Master’s degrees in psychotherapy and counselling, and psychotherapy studies from Regent’s University London and the University of Sheffield respectively.

In addition, I hold post-graduate certifications in dynamic interpersonal therapy (DIT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and advanced Motivational Interviewing (MI).
